The Cake Decorators Association of South Australia (CDASA) was formed in 1981 to encourage the exchange of ideas and skills among cake decorators all over the state. Branch meetings are held on a regular basis. The informal meeting includes supper, after which willing members or guest speakers share their knowledge and expertise with us. This is usually a demonstration but could include a workshop or competition.
There are 6 branches of the CDASA in South Australia, 3 in the metropolitan area and 3 in rural areas -
